At Visionfull, we honor a 90-day return period, which means you have up to 90 day from delivery date, not purchase date. Note there's no Store Credit and Exchange options. after receiving your order to submit a return request. All purchases from Visionfull including sale items are covered under this guarantee, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, and packaged in its original box. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin your return, email us at support@visionfullbrand.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you full instructions on how and where to send your return. Please be aware that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, notify us immediately at support@visionfullbrand.com so we can quickly resolve the problem.
Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the eligible one and place a separate order for the new product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@visionfullbrand.com.
