Shipment processing time
The orders will be processed within 3 – 7 business days. Please note that no shipment will be made during weekends or holidays.
However, the shipment for high-volume orders (on-season) may be delayed for a few days. Nevertheless, in case of delay, we will notify you through email or immediately contact you via phone call. Kindly give us additional days to fulfill our obligation.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checkout. Free shipping offers only apply to orders within the USA.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipments to PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories, and APO/FDO/DPO.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
A shipment confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will be valid for 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order are not the responsibility of The Visionfull Brand. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc.) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.
Damaged / Lost Orders
The Visionfull Brand will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or is damaged, you may contact the shipment carrier immediately.
If your order shows as delivered and you have not received your package yet, please try these things before reaching out to us (we consider orders lost if we do not see movement for 6 or more days):
- A lot of times packages can be delivered by someone on your mail route who isn’t the “regular” mail delivery person, and they may not know where your packages should be left. Plenty of people find that even though USPS tracking says "delivered," the package was left at another doorstep, in the bushes, or somewhere unexpected.
- Check with a family member or neighbor in case they collected it on your behalf.

If it's still not located, you're going to want to reach out to your local post office. Provide them with your name, phone number, email address, and the tracking number of the package. In most cases, they will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you still haven’t received your package after 6 days, please reach out to us, and we will reship your order on a priority basis – refunds are not issued for orders lost or damaged in transit.
All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved to file a claim.
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received by you, please reach out to us within 15 days so we can ship a replacement. Requests coming in beyond that timeframe will unfortunately not be entertained.
RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER
If you've received an incomplete order or are missing items from your order, please email support@visionfullbrand.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued. This would be required within 15 days of the tracking showing the order as delivered. Any request beyond 15 days will unfortunately not be entertained.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product, please email support@visionfullbrand.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued. This would be required within 15 days of the tracking showing the order as delivered. Any request beyond 15 days will unfortunately not be entertained.
LATE ARRIVAL OF ORDER
While we try our best to ensure you receive your order within 5-7 days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to unforeseen circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic and shipping or inventory issues. We are unable to refund items not delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday. Please take note of this when ordering. Once an order has shipped, we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
